Solution ConX is designed to connect highly specialised Microsoft partners with Dicker Data partners, enabling seamless collaboration on customer opportunities. This joint approach allows partners to extend their capabilities, delivering complete solutions, and confidently pursue a wider range of Microsoft projects. Supported by Microsoft eligibility frameworks and partner programs, Solution ConX ensures trusted, high-quality engagements for your customers

Solution ConX is available exclusively to Dicker Data partners. To access, log in using your Dicker Data Account Number and password.

To get connected with a Dicker Data Solutions Partner, simply search our Solutions Marketplace for the solution or service which solution meets your customers’ needs.

Click on “Connect” and submit the enquiry form to be connected directly to your selected Solution Partner.

Then, begin discussions with Solution Partner to ensure their solution or service meets your customer’s requirements.

Our aim is to connect the partner who manages the customer relationship with specialised service‑led delivery partners to help bring the right solutions to customers and support their innovation goals.

The primary partner will continue to own and manage all customer licensing, while service partners may deliver specific engagements and then hand back to the primary partner as required.

In some cases, the service partner may assume a defined commercial role for ongoing support or managed services; however, this will be discussed and agreed upon during the initial introduction, based on the needs of both partners and the customer.

To list your solution on Solution ConX, your submission will be assessed based on:

You are a Dicker Data Indirect CSP Partner:
  • • With Microsoft CSP revenue of over $50K/month for Modern Work and Azure partners, or
  • • Over $20K/month for Business Applications partners
  • • You hold a Solution Designation Competency or Specialization in the relevant solution area(s)
  • • You can provide 2 verified Customer or Partner references showing successful project delivery
Partners should be able to demonstrate a market-ready Solution or Service with a proven ability to deliver the specified customer outcomes and demonstrate capability. This will be validated by the relevant Dicker Data Practice Lead through a validation workshop.

  • • Check the eligibility criteria before submission - List a Solution
  • • Complete your Partner Profile, including an overview of your Partner organisation, company logo and nominate a primary solution area (Azure, Dynamics 365, Modern Work)
  • • Once Partner Profile is created, Click Create Solution and complete fields and submit
  • • The Dicker Data Team will review your submission and contact you within 72-hours to advise if your submission has been successful or if further information is required

We have created a platform that enables direct engagement between partner organisations. The Dicker Data Team will support you in opportunity and pipeline discussions after your engagement is established.

We have a number of partners that might not be ready to showcase a solution or meet the set requirements but would like to build this into their roadmap. If this is the case, we strongly suggest you reach out to the relevant Microsoft Practice Lead so we can work on a plan to help you become GTM ready. We have a number of programs and initiatives to help enable and grow your capability in Microsoft and we welcome a discussion to assess what assistance we can provide.
